G4 Self-Programming Foot Drop System
We are proud to be one of the only providers in Western Massachusetts offering the G4 Foot Drop System by Neuro Rehab Recovery! This intuitive, smart system uses integrated electrodes to stimulate your nerves and muscles. It self-programs in just 2-4 minutes after attaching the device just below the knee, saving you the time and hassle of manually adjusting a traditional AFO.
The G4 system is also waterproof and includes a built-in smartphone application, making it convenient and easy to track your activity and adjust stimulation intensity.

SpryStep® Agilik™ KAFO from Thuasne® x Bionic Power

This microprocessor-controlled device is lightweight, non-invasive, and fully customizable, adapting to each patient’s condition and growth. Its smart system uses real-time gait phase detection to support safe, efficient movement at every stage of walking.
Recommended for patients with lower extremity weakness or gait challenges, including crouch gait from cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, incomplete spinal cord injury, or stroke hemiparesis.
Nuada Glove
The Nuada Glove is a wearable smart glove designed to provide mechanical tendon assistance for grasping and holding. It supports individuals with post-stroke conditions, spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), multiple sclerosis (MS), peripheral nerve injuries, or arthritis in performing everyday tasks.
Lightweight at just 500 grams, the Nuada Glove is water-resistant and rechargeable. It delivers up to 40 lbs of grip support and offers individual finger customization, allowing the device to be tailored to each user’s functional needs.
